This study is designed for individuals or small groups. Each week includes Scripture readings, reflection questions, journaling prompts, and a closing prayer. There is no rush. Take what you need from each week.

Week 1: Acknowledging the Loss

Giving yourself permission to name what happened and sit in the reality of your grief without shame.

Week 2: Grieving with God

Learning that grief is not a lack of faith. Exploring how God meets us in our deepest sorrow.

Week 3: Wrestling with Why

Honest questions, righteous anger, and the psalms of lament. God can handle your "why."

Week 4: The Weight of Waiting

For those still in the waiting — infertility, repeated loss, unanswered prayers. Finding God in the in-between.

Week 5: What to Do with Well-Meaning Words

Processing hurtful comments, navigating relationships, and learning to set boundaries while grieving.

Week 6: Seeds of Hope

When healing doesn't mean forgetting. Discovering what hope looks like after loss.

Week 7: Carried Forward

Your story isn't over. Finding purpose, honoring your baby, and stepping forward in faith.
